Hey, y’all! I’m Cindy Glass — wife, bonus mom, jewelry lover, retired math teacher, and lifelong encourager. I have lived in Alabama all 53 years of my life! I was adopted by two amazing people who are now gone and I sure do miss them- they were the best parents I could have asked for!
After years in education, I was forced to retire due to health issues and soon realized that my calling had shifted — from teaching equations to helping women find balance, clarity, and radiant health.
As a chronic health warrior, I’ve walked through my own healing journey, learning how food, faith, and clean living can truly transform the way we feel from the inside out. That experience ignited my passion to help other women discover the same freedom, energy, and confidence that comes from living a low-tox lifestyle.
Today, I proudly partner with Shaklee and Counter (formerly Beautycounter), two science-backed brands that align perfectly with my mission to make nontoxic living simple, joyful, and sustainable. Through my online community, Shine with Cindy, I share safer swaps, simple routines, and faith-infused encouragement to help women feel their best in every season of life.
